Diamond Powder Coating Furniture Warranty

Powder Coating Paint on Furniture:

We offer a 3 year warranty on powder coating paint peeling if glides are properly maintained. Scratching, color fading, chipping and corrosion from underneath the powder coating are NOT covered. Cast aluminum or cast iron frames may become porous underneath the paint after sandblasting which is unavoidable due to corrosion of older metals. Furniture that was corroded before refinishing is only covered by the warranty for 1 year.

Vinyl Strapping

We offer a 3 year warranty on vinyl strapping breakage if they are properly maintained by cleaning with Casual Clean Patio Furniture Cleaner at least once a month and furniture must be kept covered. Fading of colors is covered for one year, unless fading occured because of a chemical due to sunscreen, chemical cleaners, etc.

Slings

We offer a 1 year warranty on slings under normal use. Some fading will occur when exposed to the sun and elements. Phifertex sling fabric comes with a 1 year warranty. Sunbrella sling fabric comes with a 3 year warranty.

Cushions

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on cushions under normal use. Some fading will occur when exposed to the sun and elements. We use Sunbrella fabrics for our cushions.

Not Covered by Warranty

Commercial or institutional use. Rusting on steel frames, bolts or screws. Chipping or nicks on the metal from use. Normal fading or discoloration on powder coating, vinyl strapping, slings or cushions. Accidental damage (water damage, fire, etc).
